What we make

One connected suite, sharing one database, from a dealer's first quote to the last payment:

• Dealer Connect: a quoting and ordering portal for a manufacturer's dealers, on the manufacturer's own catalog and prices.
• Extrusia ERP: configuration and pricing, orders, bills of material and cut lists, the shop floor, glass, shipping, invoicing and receivables.
• Extrusia Link: live production dashboards and plant wallboards for owners and managers.
• Josie: an AI assistant that answers questions about the live operation and, with a person's approval, does the work.

How it was built

Extrusia was built alongside a working window plant, EarthWise of Kansas City, a vinyl window manufacturer. Every rule in the software, from how a mulled window is sized to how a sealed unit is labeled, was tested against that plant's real orders and real floor before anyone else saw it. EarthWise moved its whole operation onto Extrusia on 25 September 2026, with 638 windows in production. Read the story.

What we believe

• Windows are not generic products. The configurator, size-based pricing, cut lists and glass belong in the core of the software, not in a customization project.
• Prices are proven before anyone switches. A migration replays a plant's real orders and explains every difference before go-live.
• Every capability is an API. Each screen in Extrusia uses the same documented API a customer's own systems can.
• A customer's data is theirs and theirs alone. Each customer runs in its own database.
