Included in Extrusia · Integrations
Extrusia connects to the systems a window plant already runs on.
Your books stay in QuickBooks, your card payments land in your own Stripe account, your phones stay on RingCentral and your calendar stays in Google. Extrusia hands each one its part of the order, so nobody keys the same invoice, payment or appointment twice.
Business systems
Shop floor and suppliers
Saws, welders and printers
TigerStop positioners, Stürtz welder labels, Zebra label printers and printer hot folders, each sent its part of the order in the format it already reads. Machine Connect
Glass optimizers
Releasing a cart writes the optimizer's own order file, including the Perfect Score / Aculite format, with tempered units kept off the table. Glass Optimization
Glass suppliers
Bought-out glass is raised as a requisition from the windows that need it, and the Cardinal IG order file is written in the layout Cardinal accepts.
EDI (X12)
A customer's 850 purchase order arrives as a draft quote for a person to check, never straight into production. Acknowledgements (855), invoices (810), ship notices (856) and 997s go back out; 850s go to your own suppliers.
Payroll and accounting packages
A payroll register from ADP, Gusto or Paychex becomes one balanced journal entry. Any other accounting package takes the general ledger as a QuickBooks Desktop IIF or CSV file.
Social media
One post to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and your Google Business Profile at once, from Extrusia's marketing screen, and anything else through a webhook to Zapier or Make.
Everything else: the API
Every screen in Extrusia is built on a documented REST API first, so anything not listed here can be connected the same way. The API documentation lists every operation; webhooks tell another system the moment an order is placed, released, shipped or invoiced; and each integration key carries only the permissions you give it.
Note: QuickBooks, Stripe, RingCentral, Google, TigerStop, Stürtz, Zebra, Perfect Score, Cardinal, ADP, Gusto, Paychex and the social networks named are trademarks of their respective owners. Extrusia is not affiliated with or endorsed by them; the names describe the services Extrusia exchanges data with.
Integrations — common questions
Do integrations cost extra?
No. Every integration is part of Extrusia. You pay the other service for your own account with them, as you do today.
Whose accounts are used, yours or ours?
Yours. Card payments go to your Stripe account, texts go from your RingCentral numbers, invoices go into your QuickBooks company. Extrusia holds the connection, never the money or the phone line.
Can we connect something that is not on this page?
Usually, through the API or a webhook. Tell us what you run when you request a demo.
