Integration · Google
Measures, installs and deliveries on the calendars your team already uses.
A window business runs on appointments, and most of them already live in Google Calendar. Extrusia reads the calendars you choose and writes its own appointments back, so the measure booked in the office shows on the installer's phone and a delivery moved in Google moves in Extrusia.
Google Calendar, both ways
Into Extrusia
Pick which of your Google calendars to read. Their events land on Extrusia's calendar and keep up as they change; an event deleted in Google is cancelled in Extrusia.
Out to Google
A lead's measure, install or follow-up booked in Extrusia goes to the Google calendar it belongs on: a measure to your measure calendar, an install to your install calendar, or the ones you pick.
Private stays private
Only appointments tied to a lead, or ones you deliberately send, leave Extrusia. A rep's own appointments stay on Extrusia's calendar.
Outlook and Apple too
Anyone not on Google can subscribe to their lead appointments and reminders from Outlook, Apple Calendar or a phone, with a private link.
Gmail: Josie reads your inbox
Each person can connect their own Gmail, read-only, so Josie can find the email a dealer sent about an order and answer from it. She treats what an email says as somebody else's words, never as instructions, and any change she proposes still waits for a person's approval. It connects through a Google app your company sets up in its own Google Workspace, so your Google administrator stays in control of it.
Google Business Profile and YouTube
Posts written in Extrusia's marketing screen can go to your Google Business Profile, the listing people see on Maps and Search, alongside Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. Videos upload to your own YouTube channel the same way.
Note: Google, Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Workspace, Google Business Profile and YouTube are trademarks of Google LLC. Extrusia is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google; the names describe the services Extrusia exchanges data with.
Google integration — common questions
Does every appointment in Extrusia go to Google?
No. Appointments tied to a lead go, and anything you send to a calendar on purpose. Everything else stays on Extrusia's own calendar.
Can Josie send email from my Gmail?
The Gmail connection is read-only. Josie sends email through Extrusia's own email, under your name, and only after you approve it.
We use Outlook. Is there a calendar for us?
Yes. Subscribe to your lead appointments and reminders from Outlook or Apple Calendar with the private link Extrusia gives you.
